New Program Coordinator

Welcome Michael Richard!

L’Arche Boston North is excited to announce the hiring of Michael Richard as the incoming Program Coordinator. Michael has been with L’Arche for four years, serving as House Manager at Assisi House in Bradford MA for three of those years. During his time at L’Arche, Michael has brought stability and growth to both his home and to the greater community. He has also been a prominent and active member of the community’s leadership team. Michael regularly goes above and beyond himself to meet the needs of community through his involvement in several committees and strategic endeavors. Most recently, he was nominated by his fellow leadership team to represent their interests and voices as a member of the Community Leader discernment team. Michael has also become very active in both L’Arche USA and L’Arche International. He most recently coordinated a once in a lifetime trip and accompanied a founding core member to visit Jean Vanier in Trosly, France.

Michael has established a strong reputation of integrity among his fellow leaders, assistants, core members, DDS colleagues, healthcare providers, and the families of our core members. Michael’s priorities of inclusion, advocacy, and community will serve him well in this new role. Please join us in congratulating Michael on this exciting new step. We are sure he will be looking to all of you for continued support as he enters this new chapter in his life.
